Milk, from the house of DedCool, is a layering fragrance. This is a unique scent. It's definitely a "your skin but better" scent. It's not strong and doesn't project or perform very well by itself. Don't get mad at me when you spray it and don't get much. The magic happens when you use it as a base layer for another scent. It gives a creamy, lactonic vibe to what you add on top, and somehow amps up the strength of the topper perfume as well. If you like Not a Perfume, or Molecule 01, and how they subtly change scents they mix with, you'll probably enjoy this.
